Homes for Ukraine program
Since March 18, the British government has created a sponsorship program for citizens of Ukraine called Homes for Ukraine. The main advantage of the program is the opportunity to get housing in Great Britain and the right to live in the United Kingdom for a period of 3 years on a visa. A sponsor from Great Britain invites a person or family from Ukraine and provides housing for at least 6 months, helps to obtain a visa. Every Ukrainian who came under this program can use social services, medicine, work and get an education free of charge.
The program is open to Ukrainians who lived in Ukraine on January 1, 2022, as well as to their immediate family members (such as spouses and minor children), who may have other citizenships.
